I worked a company that had about 600 employees in a building with about 6 injuries/month (required stitches or prescription meds- ohsa gets notice of these). They clamped down and people went nuts complaining. No knives, no box cutters, no loose clothing. 2 years later, 2 injuries/year. Not a farming example but it proves a point. We can do better and be smarter.
