Well I thought I'd give you guys the update. I got the B&W installed it was pretty easy. The wiring harness went even easier. Now if the dealer can just be there I can pick it up. Aparently there's been so many trailers being ordered he's had to head south to pick them up. I took Friday off hoping to pick up the trailer and hit the DMV. But when I arrived the place was closed. I headed over again today and still no dealer. I finally got ahold of him on his cell and he told me he's in PA picking up more tailers. The worst part is my trailer is sitting there in his yard. If I had hair I'd be pulling it out! He's promised Monday for sure. I'll be sure to post pics as soon as I can.

Well today was the maiden voyage for my new trailer. I was thinking that I'd have so much extra room and my tractor would look tiny on it. Well loaded up I'm thinking I should have gone for a 30'. I was going to snap some pics but it got dark and I didn't have a chance. I'll be sure to snap a few tomorrow and post them for you guys to view.

Greatwhitehunter,

How do you like your trailer? How much can you legally tow with it? The reason I ask is, I have an KX161 excavator that's at about 12000lbs and to big for my 10000lb trailer. If I go over 10,000lbs i've got to get a CDL and bigger truck (f-450 now). I'm not sure if it's worth it. Do you have a CDL?

I really like the trailer, the gn is a good as everyone says. I tow it with my 250 psd. The truck pulls it effortlessly but I see a dually in my future. The side to side movement with the single rear wheels is unnerving. The truck is a short bed so that contributes to the feeling. The trailer is rated 15700 gvw but it weighs 5700 so the carrying cap is 10k. I'd go with the dual tandems for the weight you want to haul. I would like to buy a 450 or larger to tow this trailer. It's very well made and will be in use for years to come. I'll get pics soon but the trailer's on a job at my friends house. I don't have a cdl.

Nope, same thing ... very tiny.
Do you have the original size you can upload or resized to 800x600?
