Your tractor has a independent PTO, so you don't need and "overrun clutch", they are for older tractors. See a good description

I think what you are referring to is a "slip clutch" that will slip if the cutter hits a solid object, like

Whether you need one will be determined I think by what you plan on cutting, and in what area you are cutting in...If you are cutting tall grass/weeds in a familiar area, without known rocks and stumps then you probably don't need it, but if cutting saplings in rock laden area that has never been traversed before if might be safe to have one.
