I had a block heater added to my 2520 this summer before I took delivery and although I can't put my hands on the sales receipt it was ~$80.
Parts tells me the block heater requires 3 separate packages - the heater, the cord, the gasket and some screws. For a complete kit it's $150. Couldn't get the salesman to verify a possible mistake on the $477 but I've pretty much decided I'll not bother with this anyway.
Thanks for the feedback everyone.
Fascinating stuff here - I was sleepless and got reading about the cab that was fabricated for the 2320 - very impressive. I can't wait to start some of my own fabrication projects for this toy.The first will be a ballast that can also double as a kind of tray or small shelf for transporting items such as a rear end, a sheet of plywood etc. I have some 1" thick plate that will be the starting point. Any such item been built before?? How about adding a hitch receiver to the iMatch itself??

I upgraded to a 50 amp alternator from the usa. Just search yanmar alternator or John Deere 2320 alternators on ebay. It will give you the alternators that fit right on. I got mine from Rarelectical.
