JD 2720 Injector Pump - Cross with Yanmar?

Looks like the injector pump is on its way out on my JD 2720 (had a mechanic check everything else it could possibly be) - I know this tractor has a 3TNV88 Yanmar engine in it - question being, will any injector pump for that motor cross with the Deere MIA881871? The part number on mine is rubbed off, but it does have a Yanmar sticker. Deere is obviously very proud of their parts and corresponding pricing.

Also what are people's thoughts on aftermarket? I assume it all comes from China which makes me a bit wary. Also considering a rebuild, which can be done for $700-800 - but have had varying opinions on that as well.
