First post here so I'm a newbie. Why do the rear rims look bigger on this tractor rather then todays 3032e I saw at the dealer?

I would figure the one at you saw at the dealership was equipped with R4 tires. The R1 tires, (that's what the tractor above is equipped with), are a different size from the available R4's, so thus a different rim size is required.

Where does this tractor "fit" into the JD line. I see it has the same power as a 3520. What is different?

It's like the "value" or "economy" line...less creature comforts. The loader is non-removable and the joystick is up on the mast. There are no split brakes.

Are these tractors for women or do you think they will hold up for men with big ideas. I like the money end of this tractor but I just wonder since their not proven.

No he is not scared. I am looking at this tractor pretty hard... That said, the link you gave did say he has a popping noise in the differential now.

I think the 3000 E series tractors will hold up just as good as any other JD. Yeah there the economy tractors, but a lot of what makes them that is the fact that they don't have all the fancy features and trim of the 3x20 series. It's basically like a 3005 w/ a hydro transmission and a non-removable loader. If I was looking, I would be hard pressed not to buy one.

I'm looking hard at this same tractor with FEL. I have everything else I need for now. The one hold-back is that JD does not yet offer it with a back-hoe option. I could probably get one from woods etc, but hopefully Deere will offer one in the future.

If you don't mind my asking, what did that set-up cost you? I have been getting quotes in the 15K range with FEL. I live near Houston, TX.

I am owner of pictured 30302e w/ large stump. I have the tractor back & was only at dealer for 5 days. Problem was the Diff-Lock adjustment was not correct & was set that way from factory. All is well now & problem is fully documented with Deere & my dealer & I also have printted copies myself for any future problems related to this so I am covered. I think anyone actually wanting to work one of these won't be dissapointed, the loader hydro's are very responsive. Inb short a very powerfull & nimble tractor. MIne is used around heavily tree'ed 5.8acre piece & HST is really fast for the obsticul course & real fast loader work. Make sure you get your tires filled. I have not babied this 3032E at all & worked it hard, not abuse, just hard since day 1 & will continue too.

Nice tractor. Was wondering about the pallet forks? I've seen several times I could have used a set. Are they just for the E-series or do they fit other tractors as well? Don't suppose the dealer threw it in with the deal?
