JD 3320 e-hydro. will not move forward or reverse. Rear Tranny oil was low ,so I topped it off and still no go?from what I have read I might have an airlock in the system now?So how do I bleed the system to remove air?any thoughts?hope to hear from you soon.

yes tried all gears,no go,what iam reading now, there is an airlock in the system now oil being so low I have to bleed system now!! so wondering how I do that now?then had a error 15 come up,disconnected battery to reboot the ecm.any thoughts?

Code 15 is operator out of seat. In one of your other posts you said engaging PTO would shut down tractor, again electrical problem not hydro problem. You need to start chasing wires for the harness that connects to the seat switch.

yes, bypassed that with pin in seat plug to see what would happen?,still no go?so theres no air lock ur sayin if error 15 keeps coming up?so its an electrical problem?not mechanical? with air and fluids in the e-hydro system? so now backtrack the wire from the seat and see! yes pto switch shutsdown engine right away! whats goin on?

I'd keep chasing that harness back. Look for obvious, rubbed through / rat chewed / plug undone etc. first.
JD Parts will be helpful in at least giving you a diagram to start with. 35 on this diagram is the seat switch.

Agree with Mr.Dusty, Need to chase those wires..

Make sure none of the pins are pushed out on the plugs / corrosion too. The Ehydro is electronic so it very possibly could be a corroded plug dropping voltage enough to cause the error. Wire pinched but not severed etc. Good luck!

just sprayed wires from fuse panel, was all caked with dry mud, cleaned all out followed wire back from seat down top of back diff ,3 wires come out of the back differential that join and head back up to fuse panel and then to front battery!! so I tried starting tractor no probs,no error 15 till I hit forward/reverse pedals it came on right away, then pulled out pto switch and killed engine. So back at it tomorrow for further involvement after I go for my air/oil filters /oil at local JD dealership in SOO,MICHIGAN and have a chat with their head JD mechanic as well!hoping its just a bad wire or connection.like you say its all electronic. Its just funny how it happened, just pulled in my neighbours yard and then it would not move after moving snow and driving down the road?has to be a bad wire like you say. Here I thought because I was low on oil in the back differential cause it all runs on oil pressure also.

Make sure reverse pedal not partially stuck down same with forward

they never are Dusty, almost like hydraulic steel pedals have to force them down with foot pressure for forward and reverse, and that's when I get the code error 15 ,no movement at all, asking you could have I damaged anything with the fluid being so low in back differential?when theres no fluid it wont move=no fluid pressure right?

How low was the fluid, how much did you have to add to top it off?

I had this very same issue on a 4410. No forward or reverse and the engine would die when the pto switch was engaged. It was the plug for the seat switch. It had been jammed in somewhere I don't remember exactly the whole picture but once I straightened out the plug and made sure all the wires were pushed in the issue went away.

Dusty still having issues ,turn key on and error 15 comes up when I push down on forward/reverse pedals, and when I push both down code 1 comes up?so I jacked one side up to bleed the air out as well with rear diff fluid cap off, been under tractor all afternoon, theres a plastic cover under the f/r pedals and is all full of crap dry mud ,just cant seem to get the plugs out to get the cover off,its gotta be the problem in there, where the wires run to,so I sprade a cleaner/lube in the hole where I can see the wires from foot pedals.any thoughts
