JD 3320 e-hydro. will not move forward or reverse. Tranny oil was low

Another time on my 4410 I had a tree branch go up into the forward reverse pedal area. Again couldn't get forward or reverse to work. The fix was to pull off the plugs on the forward reverse pedals and just make sure the wires were pushed all the way into the fittings and again when reattaching the plugs. Cost me a service call to get that one figured. Just pull the plugs apart and clean everything up an carefully reattach everything.

When you press on the pedals, is there any transmission whine or dead silence?

Do you have a Volt/ohm meter? You are going to need one. Based on the ERR_15 and the fact that activating the PTO kills then engine, the computer THINKS the seat switch is open. I don't think your problem has anything to do with airlock. FORGET ABOUT ANYTHING BUT THE SEAT SWITCH CIRCUIT FOR NOW. The computer is telling you what the problem is...or at least where to go hunting.
I believe you said that you already jumpered the seat switch. If that didn't help, the problem is just further upstream. I don't have a repair manual for the 3x20, but that part of the circuit may be close to a 4x20, so I'm attaching a page from the electrical schematics of a 4x20. Note that the seat switch goes to 2 places, the ICC computer, and the transmission computer. I think the ICC is the instrument cluster computer. Once you find the plugs, you can verify if you have 12 volts at the connection to the computer...both of them. Make sure you have 12 volts at the seat switch red wire with respect to ground.
Maybe someone else will have a schematic for a 3x20.

Thanks guys for talking about this, I just washed my tractor and was about 90 percent of the way to my shed and stopped for a minute to adjust my loader. When I went to go in the shed it would not move. Now that you mention this issue, I remembered the guy I bought the tractor from told me that he had by-passed the seat switch. I'll give it a try.
