The jump from the 8' to a 9' hoe is a major factor when it comes to leverage. Even though the 3320 may have the hydraulic power to run the 9' hoe, you may find yourself not having the weight to hold the tractor in position on the ground

The 447 size has enough power to bounce the tractor around as well - so don't let that be the deciding factor.
I have not physically seen a 375 / 485, but as best as I can determine they are essentially the same as the 447 / 448 with a different mounting system that effectively pushes the BH x inches further back, so the BH seat can clear the glass in a cab model. With my 447 when the BH seat is in operational position I have to move the tractor seat about half way forward, otherwise the BH seat interferes with the back of the tractor seat. If there was a cab installed it would not be possible to put the BH seat in operational position. The new models solve that problem.

I suspect the 375 designation relates to 7.5' dig depth and the 485 to 8.5' depth. With either model pushed back x inches there will be a greater lever effect.

Thanks for the input. I think I'm going with the 485. The extra reach is just too appealling. If JD says the hoe fits the 3320 I'm guessing (hoping) it won't hurt the tractor.

I am not sure on the new models--but when I was looking at 447/448 choices--the 448 fit the next series up (4xxx) so I would be able to transfer it if I ever moved up a frame size--just something else to consider!
