JD 4100 FEL seals replacement

I have a John Deere 4100(gear) with a 410 loader. I want to replace the seals on the hydraulic cylinders. My problem is that the serial number of the FEL is WO0410X014991 but the parts listing from Deere doesn’t seem to match up. I would like to replace all the seals on the loader since it is about 22 years old. Any help would be appreciated.

Check in with a local hydraulic shop. They'll probably have or easily obtain the correct seals. They may do the whole job for only slightly more than Deere would want for just the seals.

You want to replace then just because they are 22 years old? Are they leaking?

I too question why you are wanting to rebuild them? What symptoms are you getting that lead you to believe they need replaced?

When it comes to piston and gland seals, I rarely go through a dealer. I go to a hydraulic shop that rebuilds cylinders. They can usually size them up pretty easily and a whole lot less money than an OEM kit
