Wallace, I can't agree more. That is a great comment and reflects well on your business. I am lcisled's brother and I own one of the five Kioti's he was talking about. I don't think Kioti Company realizes how close we were to tossing 5 Kioti tractors back out onto the market and replacing them with a Company who cares. That whole episode was disappointing to say the least. If it wasn't for the fact our dealer 800+ miles away had a consience and did the right thing, we would have. The sad thing is we gave our close by dealer numerous opportunities to make the original sale. I don't think they had a legitimate complaint. In my humble opinion, Kioti dropped the ball and Littletractor saved the day. I guess now my question is, what is Kioti's policy on doing warranty work? I don't like being jerked around. When the warranty says it's warranted then either it is or it isn't. Now I wonder if Kioti Company backs that up with action or do they allow this to continue? It shouldn't be left up to the discretion of dealers like Little and yourself to decide they want to back the warranty. Either you are a dealer representing Kioti or you aren't.
