JD 430 Baler Hyrdraulic Tie

I'm having a similar problem, except my belt is not turning. What could be causing this, not sure if the pump is bad or something else. Also when I put fluid in the pump it seems to be draining out, but I can't find the leak. There is no fluid on the ground. Someone please help me.

Are ALL FIVE springs attached & not stretched out of shape?
