JD 4300 with 420 loader removal mechanism missing

I recently purchased my first tractor, a JD 4300. I has the 420 loader on it, but the mechanism that allows the loader to be parked was all removed (handle, rod, spring, etc). The front frame (that connects to the push-rod), which is ultimately the parking stand, has two bolts through it permanently attaching it to the front of the tractor.

Is there a way to find the parts to make the loader removable again (handle, pushrod, etc...)? Looking in the JD Parts Catalog, I believe this assembly for the 420 loader is called the MAST AND LATCH CONTROL ROD - ST406418? Am I heading down the right path?
