JD 445 Pricing help

I know it is considered a GT but can any of you green fans help me with pricing my in-laws JD 445? It has the 54" MMM, Front mount shaft driven 49" two stage snowblower, removable JD cab and 1200 hours. It is definitly used but has been serviced properly and runs great. Roughly 1995 or 1996 vintage. Thanks for any help.

I would think the tractor/mower would be about $3,500,
and the snowblower/cab $1800 or so,,,
are you looking to buy from them? or help
them sell?

Thanks for the info. Looking to help my father in law sell this unit and move up as we now mow around 10 acres and this tractor although a good one is too small.

Call a few dealers and see what they are willing to offer you for a trade price. Ask them what the wholesale is. Then scout around for similar units on the web and ebay

John Deere 445 Tractor, Loader, Plow adn Mower

I just saw a 2000 JD 445 with 54" MMM and 265 hours, going for 3k - $5k on ebay

This will be over in 50 minutes or so, but it can help provide a data point for you pricing decision.

Friend had a 445 with mower and about 1000 hours that sold for 4000 on ebay a few weeks ago. His was in mint condition and looked new and ran like new too.

Looks like this one sold for a bit over $4k.
