JD 5210 brake issues

I have a 99 JD 5210 with 2000 hrs. that was willed to me after the death of my father in law.
Having issues with the right brake dragging and not releasing and today I unhooked the baler and could hardly pull forward because of the brake hanging up.
Never had an issue with this before and I have no experience with John Deere hydraulic brake systems any suggestions?

There are many threads about the weak brake pull-off springs(parts key1) causing brakes to drag on JD utility tractors built after the early '90's
