JD 5525 engine cranks but will not go into gear. No gauges will come on instrument panel. Fuse to key switch good

"cranks" to some mean the engine is running, where to others it just means the starter turns the engine over but the engine will not fire up and run.
Yours sounds like the engine will run but just won't go into gear. Clutch not working maybe?

So the engine is running, but no instrument panel. I assume you have a power reverser.
My guess is electrical and it has affected the interlock safety feature on the power reverser.
Check all wire and connections. Mice may have chewed through a wire...

It was a blowed fuse in a separate lil fuse box on my 5425.
