Quick Hitches JD loader dimensions

Hi guys,
I am building a quick attach for my John Deere 305 loader. The problem is that I am not home to take measurements and was hoping someone here can help.
What I need is the hook and pin pattern that is on the attachment. I have included a picture of what I need.

I don't have the dimensions, I have just tacked everything in place while it hung on the loader frame. Searching the term "JDQA" may turn up something for you.
