2007 JD 2305 TLB
The goal:
1. Add set of remotes (for TNT, etc)
2. Be able to use remotes when BH is attached
3. Be able to use remotes W/O BH attached.
I have the valve shown in the attached pictures.
Currently the valve is setup using the PYB option as the valve_factory setup shows. The BH valve is the PYB valve (valve_edit).
From the best searching I could find the PYB port closest to the back of the tractor is pressure out. So my valve is setup accordingly. I can't find a "definitive" statement regarding if this is the pressure out port or not. So I am a bit unsure.
When the BH is not attached the PYB port output on the valve is looped back into the return port on the valve. I have the "T" part of the factory_valve layout at the valve itself (see valve_layout) picture.
Looking at the valve_layout picture:
1. The "T" on the valve:
A) Lower connection -> PYB return (on tractor)
B) Upper connection -> BH return OR valve PYB valve return / loop when no BH on tractor.
With the BH connected, the QC on the top of the T disconnects. One end goes to the BH and the other end gets the connection from the BH.
This seems like it should work to me anyway...
The new CCM toplink doesn't move when connected to the work ports on the valve.
Where did I go wrong on the plumbing?
I am stumped.
TIA!
Sean
