Front-End Loader JD2305 engaging FEL float

Hi all,

On my JD2305 I don't know if I'm inadvertenly engaging my FEL float or not. But, it seems eveytime I dump some dirt and then want to drag it backwards, the FEL is in the float positiion, and then I have to take it out of float so I have a little more control over dragging the dirt. I know the instructions of how to enagage/disengage the float sholuld be in my manual on the 200CX but I can't seem to find it!?

Anyhow, does anyone know the proper way to enage and also disengage the FEL float?

You should feel a detent when the lever is pushed all the way forward. Once its past that it will stay in that position untill you pull the lever back over the detent. You should be able to feel it when you push the lever forward all the way. Just dont go past that point and you wont be in float.
