JD4100 would turn over but not start due to fuel solenoid not pulling in. Discovered A2 control module was defective. Bypassed A2 function by adding a 12vdc delay on timer. The timer is wired to turn on when starter solenoid is powered on start. Fuel solenoid is connected to timer's NC contact and timer is set to 1 second. This configuration powers the fuel solenoid for only 1 second no matter how long the starter is powered. I believe this mimics the A2 module function. Note an "interval on" timer utilizing the NO contact could also be used.
