jd4300 scv addition

Hi,
I have a JD4300 with the factory scv valve witch the loader is using 2 spools and the 3rd one is spare not use.
I want to add at least 2 hyd exits on the back of my tractor.
I was thinking to go with factory 3rd scv kit and 4th/5th kit but, the 4th/5th kit is no more available from the dealer.
I don稚 have the power beyond installed as well

So, the cheapest way I thought is to use the 3rd scv valve available, to lock it in open position, to connect hose to a selector valve Prince 2 or 3 spools open center.

I don't think that would work very well. The valve assembly would restrict the flow more than you want. Would it function, yes but...

The power beyond kit is nothing special, and could be locally produced if no one has it in stock. While you might not be able to get the kit, many times a good parts guy at JD can get you the indivdual parts, if they are willing to spend the time on it.

Adding the PB kit and using it to feed a new spool valve is the best way to accomplish this. You will have to fab up all the mounts but the end result is worth it.

The 4th and 5th SCV's from JD are a PITA anyway...

i have seen the 4th/5th scv installation, it is a real mess of hard,flex line and control cable, not rocket scientist design...

bet i can do better than Deere for that

There was a PB on eBay for a 4300. A "buy now" for $160 if I recall correctly.
