I performed a google search for flare-o fittings and they are still available. Brennan industries was one source.

yes swivels can be a challenge to repair - rebuild. Seems like first piece put in the frame and then rest of the machine is assembled around it.
And with where they are located, when they leak....and get neglected til the leak is bad enough to warrant repair....it is filthy. Miserable job for sure

I have a number of those hose fittings on a steep metric flare (24deg?). As the hoses were undersized from the factory, I just replaced the hoses and adapters to go to the more common (here) 37 deg JIC. I think that the standard is DIN 2353 (metric).

The oring version is supposedly more resistant to vibrating loose.

I recommend the guide linked below to help sort through some of the less common hydraulic fittings;
Do read the text as well as looking at the diagrams, as not all variants are illustrated.
