Thanks guys I finally g0t her fixed,it was the 3ph RV,first I th0ught I w0uld never get that l00se,when I did the cap with the washer and spring came right 0ut,the plunger was stuck and I used needle n0se pliers t0 get it l00se,
l00kedm t0 have g0tten m0ister in s0meh0w and rusted it shut,cleaned it up
g00d,rem0ved a washer then reassembeled,dr0ve back d0wn pump shaft seal and put pump 0n,and bing0 everthing w0rked well,used finish m0wer and all went well
T0mmy I b0ught the kit fr0m y0u,I recieved it tue,I may be 0rdering a p0wer steering b00t next,will wait till I need a c0uple 0f things t0 save 0n shipping

My 2004 220 jinma 3 pt. will not stay up. I ajusted the stop to lift a little higher, now it will not stay up. I do not know where to begin to fix it, and how hard is it to fix.

The search engine is your friend tommy. This issue has surely been discussed several thousand times since Jinmas were introduced to the USA. Yet the Chinese have never fixed the problem at factory level. You need a simple seal kit for the lift cylinder. Inexpensive from a parts perspective, available at most Chinese tractor dealers. Messy job to replace though.

It would be easy to diagnose by installing a hyd gage in the hyd system.

If you apply flow to the 3pt and it raises to the limits, and the pressure does not build up to the relief pressure, you can almost bet the seals are leaking, and when the lever is in neutral, and the arms fall, that is also an indication that the seals are bad.

There is a slim 5% chance that the 3pt valve is worn and leaking.

a seal job is super easy, it wont take you long at all, call them guys at affordable and they will hook you up and there shipping is like light speed fast, I dont know how they do it,
