Is the bearinr in the case supposed to be flush or a bit proud?

Aug 5, 2020 / Jinma 254 pto engagement Thread Starter #22 OP W Whenu Member Joined Jul 19, 2020 Messages 34 Location Kaitaia,New Zealand Tractor Jinma 254 Had a practice run at putting it all together and the sliding sleeve moves right over to the outside of the gear, odd, not sure what I did different to what it was like before, maybe the 50T gear splined shaft was on backward.
