We have a cabin we're finishing near Valley, WA (Waitts Lake) in the NE part of the state. Aftet two tough years with alot of snow, we figure we're going to need more than my ATV and blade to keep up with the snow. We hope to move there relatively soon once the housing crisis subsides enough to sell our house on ther west side.

I have a 204 that came with 40 hours on it. I have done only mte except for a few things that were my fault as I learned how it operated. When parts were needed I could either get them from Adams tractors in the dalles oregon, to Tommy at affordable. I have never had to wait for anything. I brush hog, move a little snow post hole dig and haven't used a wheel barrow since the Jinma arrived on my 5 acres. I couldn't be happier.

I have a Jinma 304 fel with about a hundred hours on it and every time i used it i have to take it to the shop. It does have more power than any other tractor of that size. How do you keep it running. Its mainly the fel and 3pt hitch going out. What is my problem with this tractor. The problem could be my dealer. Doe anyone what to buy this tractor?

Hello Glen1983 and welcome aboard!
Sorry to hear about your troubles. Perhaps if you could post few more details on your problems and where you are we could help you out -- the knowledge and experience of the guys on this board are incredible and have found that they take a special interest in helping others out (even though opinions sometmes vary:p). I often find that the problems have been encountered by others before and have used the board when my dealer is stumped (and for that I thank everyone).
Regards
Steve

Post more info on your problems with the 304. Probably best to start a new thread though. I have found my 254 to be a pretty robust machine, so repeated problems with the same items leads me to believe something is getting overlooked during troubleshooting. The dealer I bought my tractor, loader and backhoe from said the biggest cause of hydraulic problems they had seen were from contaminants and incorrect oils used in the system. What hydraulic fluid do you have in it?

Just got a new northern tool catalog, price on their 30 hp was 11,500[just tractor,no fel] I think, for another 1,000 or so you can get a kioti 30 hp,and they did,[may still have] a free fel deal going, just a thought.

Yes, Northern is high but that price usally includes delivery. I have not looked at Kioti in awhile but I was thinking it was more like 18K for a 30HP unit with FEL.

I paid 13,080 [including taxes and delivery] 6 months or so ago for a ck30 gear,no loader, coulda probably talked him down a little at that but didn't try.

Now they had a free loader deal going, you'd have to ask a dealer or ask on kioti section, maybe they've went up in past 6 months? But if you could get a free loader with the ck30,even if they have went up a few hundred, that would make it CHEAPER than a nortrac 30 hp with loader.

My point to the man was once you start talking 30 hp and up and considering that the price [northerns price] is just a thousand or so less than many other brands, mahindra, kioti, etc, than your options have increased, maybe. Not bad mouthing chinese tractors.

I can not see anyone giving a free loader with any tractor. Mine cost $3500 for my 28 HP tractor and I would guess a loader for the CK 30 that is worth having would be in the $4500 range bringing the package upto the 18K or so I have seen.

well than, don't believe me,see if I.... But the fact is a fact,[as they say.] Didn't do a search did you, yeah, they was, maybe still are, giving free loaders on them kioti's,makes them a good bit cheaper than a nortrac.

Still say you can buy a 30 hp kioti[probably mahindra too] for no more than a thousand and some odd dollars more than a nortrac 30 hp,NO LOADER.Believe it or not, some don't have fel's,[and don't want one].
