Now I have been around here for a while, and have seen that our oracle and Inserter-of-photos-in-posts Mr John Miller III is not registered.

Am I missing something here???????

To me John III is the Magician/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif/w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif. But yes he is registered. Now if he can make my B7500 turn into a 3010, Help me Mr. Wizard./w3tcompact/icons/tongue.gif/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif/w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif.

Yeah, he's registered, but he usually uses his unregistered ID (for reasons I can't comprehend). /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Ok look quick...

Ok that's enough... /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif
{picture of Catskill Mts south, and part of Adirondacks north, (that's the Hudson River running back there...and if you look real close, that spot on the Hudson is where Henry Hudson sailed up and had dinner with the local Indians and claimed this was the most fertile land he's visited in his travels...{noted in the ship's logbook}...you're looking out from a section of our property... also playing with a new Microtek scanner...}

{attachment is the lower portion of our property, if I post it in-line...Muhammad will have a stroke... and then kill me!}

I did that so well... well it kinda looks like a ready to plant cornfields... /w3tcompact/icons/blush.gif

Actually, that property all the way to the river was in our family up to about 1940... this was all part of the vast Van Rensselaer estate from the about 1621... Rensselaerswyck also called Fort Orange (Albany) & Fort Crailo (Rensselaer) in the local history books...

I think on this side of the river was the Mahicans and the opposite side was the Iroquois Indians... Henry Hudson discovered this area in 1609 and died a couple years later...

WOW/w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif
It must be full time job keep on eye on your property.
Have you ever had a flooding problem.

The flooding runs in cycles every 5 to 7 years on the lower portion, the bulk of the property is higher elevation...

I spent a few years in/out court with a farmer neighbor{adjacent property owner} over adverse possession of part of my property... that was a eye opening experience... NY sure does have some outdated & nutty laws on the books {along with numerous other states concerning property ownership...}

So, yeah...I tend to watch the property slightly closer now... /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Hope there was no correlation there. /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif
