JM/ZL-20 FEL Can't open bonnet

My hood is hinged just forward of the dash. So it opens like 99% of all car hoods do. It takes the whole grill with it when it opens.

Can the ZL-20 be mounted farther forward? How else can some open and others not? What's your thought? If the tractors are the same and the FELs ane the same it's the install!

The loader can not be moved forward and you would not want to do this because it would work as a lever and remove lifting capacity of the tractor. It would also put more stress on the tractor.

In all honesty your tractor has a Jinma loader fitted to it. I have never seen a Foton with a ZL loader. After seeing the pictures of your hydraulics it looks like some dealer took all the left over stuff he had and made it work to sell a tractor.

The reason in a nut shell your tractors hood will not open and mine will is we have different tractors.

Chris, The tractor was purchased 2005 than the backhoe and FEL were ordered later and installed by the original owner. The mounting point on the jinmas must be slightly forward of the same point on the Foton. I'ed like to see them side by side.

Tukon King first page, made it sound like he has to raise the front of the tractor to open the hood, he has a jinma 254.

yesterday I did full down, bucket down tilt and could open the bonnet 61.42%.
