You can't be serious. So people have a right to be impaired in a work place? Thats idiotic.
Allow me to rephrase: “You can’t be serious. So your employer has a right to fire you because a test shows you had a beer 2 weeks ago at dinner? That’s idiotic. “
Not sure how you reached the conclusion that PuffyC was saying people should be impaired or drunk at work.
Employers using testing that only shows you were impaired at some unknown time within the last month...even if on your own “FREE” time (supposedly), is overreaching by any standard.
