john deere 110 tlb calibration issues

I have a John Deere 110 TLB that is giving me problems with moving back or forward. I have been reading posts in this forum for a couple weeks. The information I have received has been fantastic. I understand the system and how it can be tricky to calibrate. I made a test harness for testing and adjusting the forward and reverse Potentiometers and have procedure and values printed out. Previous owner replaced forward and reverse Potentiometers and never moved again for him. I took on project and was able to adjust Potentiometers and started recalibration procedure, all went well until I got to code that was for brake switch (-.-.). Brake switch is functioning correctly but wont calibrate or move past it. It is in calibration mode and will not move. Any ideas out there?
