Please reconsider the 62D MMM.
If you have R-4's for tires, you will find the 54 inch mower is only slightly wider than the tires and mowing close to something or around a tree will be quite difficult.
You will be much happier with 62D

I was in the same position you were (shopping for a nice tractor) and have decided to go with a 2320 with 200CX loader and 62MMM - expecting to have it delivered later today. As others have suggested in this thread, I think you should work with your dealer on the 62 MMM - it will more than pay for itself over the first few season you use it.
As Kennyd notes a good deal from a JD dealer is in the 10-15% off MSRP range so he may be willing to help cover the upgrade cost on the 62 MMM if you negotiate with him.:thumbsup:
