My 2320 is losing power under load dropping to a low rpm that would fluxuate between 1500-2500. If i would stop the mower it would recover but would act up again when i begin to drive. If i would have the mower on and not in drive, it seems to recover, It seems like it becomes starved for fuel under load. I checked all fluid levels and replaced the air filters....any suggestion welcomed!

Hi vmt and Welcome to TBN

How many hours since you changed your fuel filters?? I would think that is more of a concern than your air filters.

I had a very similar problem on my 4 year old 2320. I thought I was getting bad fuel and changed the fuel filter many times, until I found the real problem. Here is my post.

This happend to me. In my case it was the fuel filter. Easy change, and not much money either.

Also happened to me, then it started cutting out altogether. Turned out to be a bad battery. Wasn't getting enough juice to the solenoid, so the fuel pump was not giving the engine enough juice (I'm not mechanical, so I probably phrased that improperly)

Anyway, thanks to advice of the fine folks here, I changed the battery. All is well.

That happened to me on my ex-2305. I was confused by the maintenance schedule, I forgot to change the filter when it was time.
