Buying Advice John Deere 2520 Questions

Found a JD 2520 for sale and have questions about its prior care. Built in 2008, total time 369 hours. Last oil change was in 2009 with 109 hours with nothing since. So, with 260 hours and 6 years since last oil change, what should I look for? Engine is filthy, coated with lime. Been used to cut grass with a 3PH finish mower. Been used on and off, last cut grass 2 weeks ago.

Comes with bucket, finish mower, and backhoe. Do not know about hydraulic fluid or filters but suspect they need changing too. There is an oil leak beneath the centerline of the tractor about mid-PTO. Sale price is $10,000. What do you all think?

The $$ is good, but that oil leak would scare the h--- out of me. Way too new to have a leak!
