John deere 350c running rough

Appreciate the explanation...

My brother had a local shop rebuild it so I don't know the particulars...

It was running and put away for the season in the tractor shed... come spring... it would not start/run until pump rebuild.

It had always started instantly before in our mild climate.

Only have about 40 hours on the rebuild...

Some have tried and succeed, while other have tried and failed miserably..
U need a rebuild manual and special tools.. and remember, that manual is made for an experienced tech w the proper tools..

what numbers do i need to check govonor thottle spring location im thinking 5

It looks like a 5 to me to..
Which translates into a 2 & 2..
