Any tractor brand can have initial problems connected with dealer setup, so it is more about individual dealers than brand. The Kubota L60 is a new design necessitated by Tier IV compliance which included rerouting hydraulics and to me and others it doesn't appear Kubota was able to do a good job on this modification. New models first production runs often have some teething problems anyway.
As to the mentioned LS, only time will tell if this is a problem tractor, one problem tractor doesn't mean much to me, I have had a POS John Deere, Case and Massey Ferguson in lifetime, but still consider them to be good quality brands overall.
