too bad you weren't a little earlier. i sold a nice condition 10' fisher mc blade and a-frame with the cylinders earlier this year on craigslist. i bought a complete mc plow setup for the headgear and pump and mated a 9' blade to it for my ton truck. would have been a lot cheaper, though i see you needed the headgear too.

I think you have two awesome machines set up for snow moving. I'm curious why you used the headgear and didn't just hook the blade up, unless you were looking for the added height for stacking, either way you did a great job.

I used the headgear so the plow would work like it should on a truck. I run all my hydraulics off the loader multi-coupler, angle left and right and up and down. The front hitch is operated off one of the rear SCVs, so it would be one more function to operate. I find it much easier to make small height adjustments this way and everything is on one joystick.
My snowblower runs off the loader multi-coupler as well for up and down left and right chute and left to right drum rotation. Raise and lower are on the front hitch.

The shop has come along great, started this summer, 3 bay 40x46 with grease pit, radiant floor heat and steel sideing on all inside wallls. got some pictures of it from start to present if anyone is interested.

First winter with the new John Deere 6430s one got an 8ft Frontier snowblower (rear mount on the front hitch). .

How did you reverse the rotation or are modern tractor front pto's already reversed or reversible?
Great looking setup and shop.
