Mitch, I bought my 790 at Brookside in Katy, I don't know if it was the cheapest, but I felt good about the price and I liked the dealer.
The gravel I purchased was 3/4 rock with fly ash added to help it set up, it cost $17 a yard delivered. I think at this point I will wait until I make a bigger purchase and hopefully get a better price.
The culvert pipes were 20'x15" and were around $125.00.
I am doing the same as you, my property needs driveway, power, septic, water well, and of course, a house.
Like you said it's a big job and with your dozer and tractor you should make good headway.
