John Deere compact 855 steering valve

Trying to repair the steering valve it shows there's supposed to be six springs it had six springs but we cannot find where the other three go. We had the whole thing apart and tried to put it back together and when we got together the steering well it only turn one way but it just kept turning and not stopping does anyone have the instructions on how to put it back together
