Actually, KTAC Insurance Agency stands for Kubota Tractor Acceptance Corp. In the event of a claim, OIC will cut a check on behalf of KTAC but KTAC is the company that actually pays the claim and I have final say on claim disputes (though we rarely have one). I just wanted to point this out because the biggest advantage of taking our insurance is dealing with people that know Kubota products. We have a vested interest in making you happy when other insurance companies couldn't care less if you buy another Kubota. This is the whole reason I have a job. As far as the pest infestation or rodent waste, this is a pretty standard exclusion but I suggest you still check with your other insurance co if it is a concern. Most insurance companies don't pay for crap, even if it came from a rat! :laughing:

I expected you to clear this up if I wasn't reading this document clearly. I was pointing out the crap clause for insureds to keep out the crap.

I spoke to my homeowners agent and compared the KTAC insurance. I was told to take the policy because she could not come near it in price or coverage! The accidental damage coverage is hard to beat!
