I will say this: Those 'Scorpion' folks are responsive! They e-mailed with a question about my inquiry, I replied, and 'boom', 10 minutes later I had a quote! Their "S" series handle w/o a button, but with a trigger cost $100.- (USD) w/2' lead wire. ($116.- w/10'). Adapter for mounting on 1/2"x13NC threads, $17-. Looks like free shipping. ~Scotty
Just saw one of the "Hurst-Shifter" sidewinder knobs, w/button on e-bay-$29- +$5- shipping. 7/16"x20 thread (Beats their $50- retail!)

OK- Started with 1-1/4x 1-1/4 aluminum block, a few holes, a little 'tapping', some shaping, and 'voila!', a 50amp switch knob! $10- total. Have a great Easter everyone! ~Scotty
