When you replace the rollers, not only should you buy the metal ones, get the ones with more balls in them.
Your referring to 10 ball bearing rollers, as opposed to 7.
Unless you live alone, if the door is attached to a living area, you don't want bare steel rollers. You want nylon, or nylon capped rollers. They are much quieter.
Like everything else on a garage door, they make high cycle versions of these.
