Nice, we have our share of monster bucks around. I meat hunt more than horns but take my share.
I am meat too. But dad and brother go for racks first and meat deer for the jerky etc too.

They took several doe last year dont recall a buck from them.

My north place gets all kinds of nice ones too. More then south right now.

So many does too. I wish the guys paying to hunt the farmers lands around me would bust some does too.

I enjoy hunting and living in the hills, except when we get a nasty flash flood. We had two in 3 days this month. Will take months to put all the rock and clay back in places I need it. Flood overflow on the dam, when the 30' spillway becomes overwhelmed.

Dad and brother have a creek that runs along the frontage of of the farm we bought up back in 94. Been known to flash flood and give them a scare.
I bought 2 places and they both bought 1 side by side.

Dad takes the tractor down in the creek to remove the gravel washed in and tree stuff that blocks up entry ends sometimes.

It has been known to get up to the old oak barn built with no power tools.

Dad's barn from rough sawn oak. The other end that was added, has boards from my land rough sawn poplar that is turning too. Used to keep implements etc in.

Upstream hay and cattle fields. Next house is 1.5 miles or so from here. It all drains into this pond.

Just grins my cattle up on the ridge field 300' higher than the pond. Had to distract them, lead cow wants to go back free range on the front field, not fenced so I have to supervise..... not today.

Well 346 OE arrived. I guessed right on being a 2003 or older. Is a 2001.

Suppose to be a 42mm p+c. But the used set I looked at was a aftermarket NE 44.3mm set.

The pistons that were bought for it by past owner was 42 44 45 why they wouldnt work.

Then there is this 45mm 353 afm set too.

Still has the plastic clamp that was prone to warp. Which I will cut off like the last one and clamp to boot with metal one.

Thanks again to the member here that offered me a chance to save another one.

Nice to know there are good folk here still as it makes up for the rotten egg.

Nice. Going by your location under you name. Thats about 4hrs and some change where I was born in SW KY.

My cousin leases hunts on his farm land as there is some great deer in that area.

This guy stayed a basic 8 his whole life. Watched him fro a spindley 8 ear wide. Figured 2.5 when small.

Still see some of his genes today.

What a day. Pulling a case half for one guy to ship for a 3300 and another text me needing oem seals for a PP380.

Down to only 7 oem NLA seals now.

Then 2 pto seals NLA for the 475 415 2077.

Was using dad ole 3300 to compare to make sure.
