Just bought 6110 used tractor moves very slow and loader barly lifts

Not sure about a strainer, there is a filter right below the door on the right hand side in front of the rear tire we changed .
not sure about any valve being open or stuck?
There is a valve below the seat but it seems to only adjust how fast the 3 point hitch drops.

Were are you checkin the oil at? It should be very hard to see since it is nearly clear

the only dipstick I can find is on the rear diff, and yes it is VERY hard to see because its so clear.
Its not sucking air or at least its not whining like it has air in it and the fluid level is within range.

Do you have an owner's manual that might list trouble shooting ideas? You could also call, or better visit the parts and shop guys. Ask for ideas and make sure you don't have a sump screen. The parts guy would know that and the reason it's been mentioned is because that's what the problem feels like.

my dad decided to just call the dealer back and looks like we will be loading it back up and dropping it off tomarrow again lol. Pulling it with a 1/2 ton silverado and a 30ft gooseneck is no fun but hopefully this will be the last time for a while.

Still waiting on a call from the dealer, I will post back once we get it home and make sure it's doing good.

Well took a little while but they ended up replacing the hydraulic pump. It was only putting out around 500psi they told me it should have been around 2500. Now with new clutch and new pump everything works like a new tractor!

Oh yea they also covered that under waranty also!!! Highly recommend mahindra for customer service
