Kubota bx25
Greetings, Ladies and Gents! My first post here, though I've been lurking for the past 12-15 months. I致e learned a lot from reading the various forums on this site. Thanks!
Just bought a new BX25 from Southwest AG in Colorado! I'd looked at John Deere, Massey Ferguson, and International Harvester. We have an IH dealer in town, but he would not give me the time of day when I asked about a Boomer. The John Deere dealer was really proud of their 1 series, and I could not justify the extra 5-6 K. The closest Massy dealer is about 200 miles away, so that did not work. But I got a great deal from the Kubota dealer, and they are really nice to work with.
I have not used a tractor since I spent a summer working on a friend痴 dairy farm in Wisconsin, so I am sure I will be jumping in with lots of 渡ewbie questions! I will post some photos in the coming days and months. :)

Congrats ,the Bx series are great tractors, I know because I owned a BX23TLB and it was a workhorse. It did ever thing I need to do and although I now have a Grand L 3540 I do miss the tight spots the the BX could get into. Best of luck but don't believe you'll need it because they are built right. But hey where are the pics?

Congratulations on the BX25 purchase. My favorite all around Kubota tractor!!! Still pondering B2620 FEL BH standing.

I'm considering buying a new BX25. I had a BX22 when they came out and it was a fantastic machine but too small for the acreage I had back there. Now I live in a neighborhood with a 4 acre lot and I sure could use the BX25. Give us a ballpark price you got?

I'm going to wait until the VA STATE FAIR in a few weeks and talk to the Kubota dealer that shows up there every year. I think it is Cavalier International. Good luck!

I'd be interested in hearing some ballpark numbers as well.

I'm waiting for the truck to arrive with the new orange toy / tool! as for price, the base unit was priced at $17, 900. Buying the unit in Colorado, ment I did not have to pay any sales tax. I also got free delivery (55 miles away), and the zero % for 60 months. They also took $500 off (a new discount from Kubota, just announced last week) and I got a killer deal on a 5 ft. blade. All in all, a great deal, compaired to other brands I looked at.

Photos - Can't take them until I have the toy / tool in the yard! But I promise, I'll post them ASAP. But just to whet your whistle, here is a little clue about the tractor - it's orange!:cool2:
