I am officially spoiled. Just took delivery of a 2008 JD 5625, Cab, MFWD, 542 FEL, 12F/12R PowerReverser with 7' Rhino 274 mower. Its 99 HP, 82 PTO HP. Had 130 hours at time of purchase.
Mowing with the AC cab sure is nice. Keeps you cool, clean and refreshed. Came in the first day and the Mrs. didn't believe I had been mowing. Been mostly clearing brush and despite the size, the tractor is pretty nimble in the woods.
I was looking at a Massey 2680HD, Kubota M9540 and JD 5083E Ltd when I ran across this used 5625. Thanks to all who gave me advice on HP, Cab/NoCab, Mower size etc. Hopefully I can help somebody else after I get a little more seat time.
