check the seat switch. mine will move a couple of feet if your not the seat then shut off. i would try sitting on the seat and going to full throttle without touching the pedal and see if it shuts off. if it doesnt then that may be a fuel issue otherwise it sounds like something electrical is acting up from the way you describe it I would suspect the seat switch.

The fuel system could be set in "bleed" mode and allowing air in. Read the manual on how to change it.

The fuel filter could also be clogged up -- change it.

The fuel could have water in it - you'd see it in the filter housing.


The air filter could be clogged up -- or the air hose could have a mouse nest in it. Blocking the air.


The muffler could have a mouse nest in it blocking the exhaust out. That's usually evident by the smell :laughing:


The safety switches could be messed up - including the stop switch listed previously.


On the whole, I wouldn't panic just yet. It's probably a simple issue that will have a low cost fix.
