^^^^ there you go Oaktree.
A “real mans” vehicle.
No heated seats, no motor and no cab. You’d be a “real man” on that.

:ROFLMAO:
It has too many wheels though. A REAL man can get by with two... or one on a good day. :D

My grandfather always wore a hat… guess by the 1960’s only those of retirement age carried on the tradition?
A little later than that, as I remember my grandfather still wearing a hat when he'd be dressed for church or a funeral in the 1970's or even 1980's.

He was a self-employed plumber who wore is plumbing uniform every other day of the week, and had a 1950's style baseball cap that went with that.

I did that, back when I was young & dumb, living in Minnesota. We just didn't know any better. Then I moved south to Oklahoma for school and never looked back!

Same with "Frostbite Racing", if you're into sailing. We had a capsize on a windy day in April, into 43F water. T'wouldn't have been so bad if there weren't undiscovered winter freeze damage, which caused the boat to sink once she went over, rather than float for usual self-rescue.

I wish! Our local lake does still occasionally freeze over and allow people to use it for skating and fishing. But the days or weeks of it being frozen well enough in recent decades, to actually allow for ice sailing would be too short and infrequent to ever schedule racing around, or even to justify the build cost of an ice boat.

I readily admit to being old school. With a big truck, it's manual for me and the more gears the better. A pickup or car though, I like having an automatic so I can drink my coffee more easily, lol!

My 2014 E350 XLT is pretty basic. It has a rear camera with a small screen on the rear view mirror. I do use it to align when I hook up to my trailer and it would be nice to have a larger screen. If it had a "real" mirror on the passenger side, I would not need the camera as much. I do appreciate knowing that there are no people or animals behind me when I reverse.

A previous van, a 1992 Ford had electric adjustable seats which this one does not but wish it did.

When it comes to vehicles, I do not like bells, chimes, etc. which annoy me. Maybe it's my tinnitus or having to wear hearing aids?

I lost count, I know about 25 years ago, a coworker and I were comparing notes as to how many vehicles we had owned in the past. My count was 58 at that time while his was over 100. Lucky guy, his family had money, he drove a vette' to school. Anyway, I long since gotten to the point where I don't need or can afford the latest and the greatest.

Where I grew up, the lakes froze thick enough to drive on with cars, etc. Snow mobiles were just coming out. It was run what you "brung", cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, etc. No way would I venture out on those lakes these days.
