I would build a box blade first. You can always use the FEL this year for snow .... then again, if you don't have any dirt to move, snow tools would be your best bet

The grapple is a great work saver, but you gotta have the type of work for it to do. Do you have trees, brush, big rocks, or other type of things that need to be moved/grappled? Then I'd say get one! I use mine all the time.

Had a 16" diameter tree fall down last Friday. Sat morning I cut it into 5 or 6 foot lengths, grappled it away, and was done in record time.

A Carry-All rear forklift is a nice utility item to have and pretty easy to build.
OH...i got it.... Bucket Forks!! That's a good project!
