You'll definitely want weight on the back of that 2230 if you are picking up any significant amount of dirt. I just bought a 2230 with bar tires, FEL and toothbar for the small chores where the big tractor is overkill. I get the sense it will do some digging, but it is a bit light for really heavy work. Needs ballast in the tires or an implement out back, preferably both, to keep the back end on the ground. If the operator weighs more than, say, 200 lbs, that helps too. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
