John deere 5100m, mf1643 cab and kubota bx2370woods bb720x land pride disc and reverse tiller
I'm currently looking at the case farmall 100c look like great tractors and from what I hear they work well too. I'm just curious to why I never noticed many posts on their tractors at all? Are they good? Or just not that popular on smaller tractors?

Both Case/David Brown and IH, and later CaseIH were very common in the 40-70 PTO HP class "here" in the 70s through 90s. I think things changed with the Case-NewHolland merger, cause local red dealers closed or took on other lines. The new red tractors aren't the old ones. McCormick was briefly very popular when they were selling rebadged CaseIH models...when they went Landini clone..those dealers pretty well closed too.

Interestingly, Kubota gained a huge foothold in the utility market here, with different former red dealers selling Kubota now.

I did price out a Farmall 75C when tractor shopping from the last remaining CaseIH dealer here, was way more money than Kubota.

Hmmm yeah I noticed in a lot of farms around me that the huge farm tractors are either case or deere, but under a 100hp you hardly see any case around or here about them on forums like this

i think you hit it on the head not many people are buying smaller case tractors and therefore less people are posting on forums about them.

My local Case dealer is pushing Mahindra. I haven't asked them why they advertise on the radio about Mahindra, or why they have so many on their lot, but for some odd reason, that's the farm tractor they are trying to sell. I did notice that the highway mowing crew of about six tractors where using 5 Case 100C tractors and a New Holland. I didn't see the markings on the New Holland, but guess it's similar in size. For years, they have been using Deere, so it was a bit of a surprise to see all those red tractors.

My Kubota dealer sells Case as well. I see a LOT of Case TLB's on job sites. Rarely see a newer Case in the fields. Large or small. The dealer here seems to focus on construction type model Case. I guess to not directly compete against his Kubota line.

Most ag dealers have sales people on the road selling and it is hard to miss most large farms that might buy monthly! The rural farmer is harder to find and although they may make a occasional one time big purchase possibly the one times sales don't interest a sales person who might be selling 200,000 dollar plus sales.
That is why most marketing is around the compacts!

Could be something to do with the fact that International Harvester taught Mahindra how to build tractors. IH had Mahindra building all their tractors for sale in overseas markets for many years. Many of the first Mahindra tractors were basically knock-offs of IH designs they purchased the rights to use and build on. Even today you can look at a lot of Mahindra's castings and see the old IH designs.

You see under 100hp CIH tractors here, in fact my hay farmer neighbor has two of them, both JX's.

I had a Case Farmall 40 CVT, and now have a Farmall 55 CVT. Really no need to post on here because I don't have any trouble with them. Great machines.
