I don't know any that import anything other than the tillers. Maybe Len Sheaffer in IL. He has some interesting stuff many others don't seem to have.
Sure like the looks of that flail mower, and sliding back hoe too.

In England we pay a lot more for tractors than you do in the US, i guess that is all to do with volume sold.
I believe the US compact tractor market overall is probably over 200,000 units sold per annum, whereas our market in total is probably several thousand units which must have an effect on the price we pay.
This tractor would retail at £6450.00 which would equate to about $11500 , having said that i did a search on google and i did find a US dealer with a couple of new tractors for sale at about $8000 i think.
By comparison a typical new 30hp Deere/Kubota Hydro would cost in the region of $24-25,000 here.
Yanmar have been having a good time with this tractor in there home market and are having a push around europe, but it aint happening as they anticipated due to the fact that the Yanmar brand name dissapeared as a result of the deere tie up in the mid eighties, plus there are more players in the marketplace than in the old days.
Perhaps thats why they havent come back to the US ?

I can tell you it is Italian made, there are numerous manufacturers of Compact Tractor Cultivation Attachments in Italy
I'm very surprised there is not more italian attachments sold in US, the potential would be huge i would of thought.

Is that plow made to turn upside down for a different size furrow? It looks (in the picture) that it could be turned over?

It's what we call a "reversible plough" , The lever is connected to a small lenght of chain, which is connected to a spring loaded pin, the locating hole is adjustable on the arched slotted hole allowing you to set up for different sizes and breeds of tractor.
Yes, it does turn over by pulling the lever at end of a run and click back in to place allowing you to turn and carry on rather than reverse all the way back up as you would with a "conventional" plough
